- Do we need to track the serial numbers of the pucks in the application?
- If we print barcodes on filters, do we want to track in the application?
- Does the delay (7 minutes) only happen at the beginning of each phase or each protocol?
- Is max duration at the phase level or protocol level?
- What sort of things go in Event_Types? I think we are using those for mostly stuff that gets parsed out of the log file and stuffed into events, but should we have Protocol_Run, Phases, or Deployments in the event types even though they are actually subclasses?
- I think the Eventt hierarchy should look like Deployment->Phases->Protocol_Runs. Just want to verify.
